Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon has shared her method to tackle her fear of public speaking as she returns to work following the birth of her fifth child.

Back in February, Stacey and husband Joe Swash, 41, welcomed their third child into the world, daughter Belle, and the duo have had their hands full ever since.

As 33 year old Stacey prepared to get back into the swing of things and return to work, she admitted to her 5.6million Instagram followers that she was nervous about leaving her home, called Pickle Cottage.

Stacey has become somewhat of a star on the social media platform as she shares her day-to-day life with an insight into her home life with Joe and the children.
