Stacey Solomon has reached out to her social media followers for some much-needed advice after suffering a kitchen mishap over the weekend.

The 34-year-old TV star, known for her candid lifestyle and crafting posts on Instagram, experienced an unfortunate incident at her Essex home, affectionately dubbed Pickle Cottage.Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Stacey shared a video with her fans, asking for "help" after she sustained a burn while baking bread.

In the clip, the popular Loose Women panellist explained that she had just returned from the gym and was in her workout attire when the accident occurred.She recounted pulling the bread out of the oven too quickly, which resulted in the hot tray contacting her stomach.

Stacey expressed her worries about potential scarring and described the pain as "stingy", reports the Mirror.She elaborated on the incident, saying: "I need your help and guidance.
