Stacey Solomon has passionately defended Gemma Atkinson after the former Hollyoaks actress revealed a cruel comment she had received from a troll on her Instagram.The Loose Women star assured Gemma, 35, she is “smashing it” as a mother after the Strictly Come Dancing star and mum-of-one was told to “take a leaf out of Stacey's book“ after she posted a video of herself working out with her daughter in tow.

Gemma shared a number of clips of herself exercising while her one year old daughter Mia was toddling around their home gym.

As Gemma shared the series of videos with her 1.5million followers, she explained her daughter usually naps while she does her workout but the tot “wasn’t for having her nap today so we made do”.
