Stacey Solomon headed out for a lovely family walk earlier today, admitting she forgets how much she loves the Autumnal weather.The 32 year old wore matching fluffy cream outfits with her one month old daughter Rose, and dad Joe Swash also came along for the afternoon.The former X Factor star also shares two year old son Rex with Joe, and has sons Leighton, nine, and Zac, 13, from previous relationships.

Stacey had dropped off her three sons at school on Friday when she decided to embark on the walk with her other half and young daughter, taking her Instagram fans along for the day.
