Stacey and her former EastEnders star husband Joe Swash share three adorable children together - Rex, four, Rose, two, and 11-month-old Belle.
Stacey, 34, also has two sons from previous relationships, Zachary, 15, and 11-year-old Leighton while Joe, 41, is also a doting father to his teenage son, Harry, 16.
Back in August, Stacey candidly told fans 'we're struggling' as she addressed the possibility of having more children with her husband.
