Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

In it, Rose and Rex could be seen enjoying breakfast, before Stacey shared footage of the morning school run, and later going to her home gym, while her daughters, Rose, 18 months, and Belle, five months, sat in the pram alongside the treadmill.
In the school run footage, Stacey's sons Leighton, 11, and Rex, four, could be seen climbing over the back seats and out of the back of the boot of the car, which seemingly prompted trolls to accuse Stacey of piling some of her children in the boot to take them to school.
Later, as she made dinner, Stacey, who is married to Joe Swash, took to Instagram once again as she spoke to the camera while prepping dinner for Rose.
