In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

The Loose Women star took her eldest child, son Zachary, with her to the National Television Awards 2024 where she was up for two awards.
Stacey was up for 'Best Presenter' at the ceremony, which took place on Wednesday night (September 11), and aired live on ITV, facing competition from Alison Hammond, Ant & Dec, Bradley Walsh and Claudia Winkleman in the category.
