Stacey Solomon emotionally reunited with her grandmother on Saturday, but shared her sadness that she was still not able to give her a hug.The Loose Women star travelled down to the countryside with her youngest son Rex and partner, former EastEnders actor Joe Swash, to meet the family member.

She then shared footage of her grandma and the little boy sat side by side, in the back garden of the restaurant which backed on to a river with stunning views.
