The pregnant TV star took to Instagram on Monday morning to speak to fans about the worrying ordeal. Stacey, 31, appeared in videos on her Instagram Story alongside fiance Joe Swash as she explained the hospital dash was a result of little Rex, two, falling over. "We had a nightmare yesterday," the mum-of-three started her video. "Rex fell over in the garden and we were like, 'up you get'. "And then we looked and it wasn't an 'up you get' situation.
