In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.
Stacey Solomon has opened up about feelings of anxiety in an honest and insightful message to her fans. The 33-year-old mum-of-five kicked off her day yesterday with a 4.30am gym session after waking up "feeling so anxious".
The bubbly Loose Women star, who boasts 5.6 million followers on Instagram, shared a video of her day's antics to the hit social media platform, updating fans on how she prepared for the day.
The peaceful montage was accompanied by a simple piano instrumental. In a caption at the bottom of the clip, which was shared on the star's Stories, Stacey penned: "I woke up so early (4.30am) feeling SO anxious." The TV star, who welcomed her fifth child with husband Joe Swash in February of this year, elaborated: "I came on yesterday & it's my first period in over a year so it's thrown me right out! "Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today.
Forced myself to gym, made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go..." The video illustrated Stacey's morning, showing the star completing a cardio and weights workout in the garden, before jumping in the shower and giving it a quick clean.
