Stacey Solomon shared the sweet moment her 'whole heart melted' as she enjoyed another reunion with her family. It's been a busy time for the TV star as she's been travelling back and forth between different locations filming the upcoming series of her show, Sort Your Life Out.

The hit BBC One show which sees Stacey and her team help families transform their homes with a life-changing declutter. But it means Stacey has to travel to different places, sometimes for days at a time, in order to fulfill her filming commitments.

However, on Monday, after working in Wales, Stacey was able to declare that she was 'home' as she reunited with her children again for the second time in a matter of days.
