The couple ditched England for Scotland earlier this week with former EastEnders star Joe hiring the family a luxury RV after making a deal with his wife that if he went out with her on a date night for Valentine's Day, and he could get a campervan big enough for the couple and their brood, they'd be able to go on a half-term 'adventure'.
Stacey, 34, thought she was in a 'win win' situation, claiming her husband wouldn't be able to pull off organising the trip.
