Stacey Solomon "an emotional mess" as she issues update on newborn baby daughter

Stacey Solomon has updated well-wishers after announcing that she has welcomed her second daughter with husband Joe Swash. Mother-of-five Stacey, 33, gave birth at their family home Pickle Cottage, saying the newborn "literally flew" into their world.

Stacey, who announced the joyous news on Saturday, February 11, has since taken to Instagram to speak of her emotion and excitement at becoming a mum again.

Sharing a photo of herself and Joe beaming as they weighed their daughter, the Loose Women panellist updated as she thanked fans for their support: "I'm sitting in bed doing the cluster feeds ahead of night night time." She typed later on Saturday night: "I forgot how hard breastfeeding is at the beginning but I'm so excited to establish it.
