Honest Stacey Solomon says she has an 'out of control' fear of dying – and suffers with constant 'intrusive thoughts'. The Loose Women panellist sat down with her friend Fearne Cotton as a guest on her Happy Place podcast.

Stacey, 31, discussed way of coping with her anxiety and explained her own battles with mental health. The popular former X Factor star refused to hide away and told her pal exactly what goes through her mind.

She said: on the show "My 'out of control' manifests in fear. I have this really weird fear of death. "So the minute I feel out of control I just think I'm going to die.

I know that sounds ridiculous, it's so weird. "When things are going wrong I just immediately, my brain goes to the most intrusive thoughts that
