Loose Women star Stacey, 31, is expecting her fourth child, which will be her second with fiancé Joe Swash.The TV star got honest with fans about her pregnancy so far as she answered questions on her Instagram story on Monday 3 August.

During the Q&A session, she was asked by a fan if she had felt horny during her pregnancy, to which Stacey confessed: "No, not in the slightest if I'm completely honest.
