Stacey Dooley sparks engagement rumours with Kevin Clifton as she celebrates at dinner

Stacey Dooley has hinted that she might be engaged to her dancer boyfriend Kevin Clifton. Stacey, 34, shared a photo of a dessert adorned with the word 'congratulations' on her Instagram story last night (23 February.) The documentary maker added some waving emojis to the bottom of the picture, but didn't add any context to the story shared with her 1 million followers.

OK! has reached out to representatives for Stacey for comment. Stacey also shared a snapshot of the home she shares with Kevin, 39, on her Instagram page.

In the post, fans can see Stacey's neutral decor, marble table and wooden furniture that Stacey has chosen for the London home she shares with Kevin.
