The legacy Tony Fitzpatrick has built at St Mirren is undeniable. Winning the Scottish Cup as a player and steering the club to the Championship title as chief executive are just two key achievements during his near-five decade long association with the Saints.

Now the Buddies club legend is preparing to launch a brand new business venture he hopes will help give back to those in need and create an even bigger legacy off the football pitch. The 66-year-old has only just retired from his role as St Mirren chief executive, moving into an ambassador position at the SMISA Stadium after he reached retirement age.Never one to sit on his hands, Fitzpatrick is preparing to launch Legacycomps Prize Bonanza – an online prize draw that offers superb prizes for small raffle ticket fees that helps to fund donations and equipment to charities, youth sport clubs and other good causes.Fitzpatrick exclusively explained to Express Sport: “When I decided I was leaving Saints, I really wanted to create a legacy outside the club.“I want to give back to good causes that deserve and need support, so every ticket that’s bought will help me to do that. “There will also be a lot of amazing prizes for people to win every week and monthly in the live draw, so it’s a win-win for everyone that gets involved. “Our motto is ‘We have something for everyone and everything for someone’.“It’s so important to help those who are helping others, and I really believe Legacycomps will do just that.“We’re starting off by focusing on Paisley and Renfrewshire, and hopefully we’ll be able to grow it nationwide.”Fitzpatrick’s new venture, which will be promoted by some familiar St Mirren faces, is kicking off with a £500 giveaway draw. All people looking to enter
