St Mirren boss Jim Goodwin insists ex-Rangers keeper Jak Alnwick can keep former side at bay

While Rangers haven’t lost in 27 matches in all competitions, St Mirren are on a nine-game unbeaten run themselves as they look to make it to the semi finals of the competition for the first time since lifting the trophy back in 2013.

Goodwin, who skippered the Saints to that famous win, believes his side have what it takes to follow in their footsteps but admits his experienced defenders will have to step.
