SsangYong Tivoli gets a major revamp

THE SsangYong Tivoli is getting a major makeover with a new look, new interior, more technology and new engines in the line-up.The biggest change is the introduction of a three-cylinder 1.2-litre petrol engine which joins a new version of the 1.5-litre block SsangYong has used in the Tivoli since its launch in 2015.

Upgrades have also been made to the 1.6-litre diesel engine, which now has a maximum output of 136PS. Inside, this compact crossover from the Korean maker now has a 10.25in LCD instrument cluster and – on all but entry-level EX models – an eight-inch screen smart audio set-up, which is fully smartphone compatible.
