Back in 2007, Kate Humble made the decision to leave behind the bright lights of London for rural country living on a farm in Wales.
Along with her husband, TV producer Ludo Graham, Kate, 52, has fully embraced the simple life. In fact, she loves it so much she filmed the reality of her country life for Channel 5 series Escape To The Farm and even wrote a book about it.
