Krept & Konan and Bashy are among those set to perform at the 2025 MOBO Awards. Find further information below.The 27th edition of the annual ceremony, which celebrates music of Black origin, is due to take place in Newcastle for the first time.
It’ll be held at the city’s Utilita Arena on Tuesday February 18.The nominees were announced in December, with Jorja Smith, Sampha, Bashy, Ghetts, Cleo Sol, Central Cee and Odeal leading the way with three nominations apiece.
Check out the full list here.Now, the first wave performers for this year’s ceremony have been revealed, with Spice, who is nominated for the Best Caribbean Music Act, set to take to the stage, as well as Krept & Konan.Bashy is also set to perform, having received nominations for Album of the Year, Best Male Act in association with Prostate Cancer UK and Best Hip-hop Act following the release of his recent album ‘Being Poor Is Expensive’.
