The Spice Girls have been discussing a way to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their hit Wannabe. The iconic group - originally made up of Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie C, Mel B and Geri Horner - made pop history when they released the music video for the smash song in 1996.
And as the anniversary approaches the ladies - minus Victoria - have decided to plan something special for fans, especially due to the coronavirus pandemic.
A source told The Sun: “The Spice Girls were hoping to hit the road in 2021 to mark their big anniversary but now it’s not possible because of the pandemic. “They’re all in touch weekly and are trying to come up with new ideas on how they can do something special to mark the big day." The insider added:
