manchestereveningnews.co.ukAviation fans are set to be treated to a phenomenal display from the legendary Red Arrows as the Southport Air Show returns this weekend The Southport Seafront Air Show, the largest of its kind in the North West, takes place in Merseyside on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14.
The event is billed as one of the 'most spectacular' events in the aviation calendar and guests will get to see some of the best jets, fighters, bombers, helicopters and aerobatic aircraft during their visit.
As well as the aerial action, there will be flight simulators, static aircraft and military vehicles to explore. In 2023, the Red Arrows had to cancel their display due to bad weather, while there were also problems with traffic and queues.
