Their outing came nearly two weeks after the Jonas Brothers musician first filed for divorce. At the time, they referred to it as an amicable split in a joint statement.
Days after their meal, Sophie sued Joe and requested that she be able to return with their daughters to England, prompting a response from his legal team.
