Soul icon Betty Wright has sadly died at the age of 66, it has been confirmed. The Grammy award-winning singer, who was best known for the song Clean Up Woman, died on Sunday (10 May) her niece confirmed to Heavy.com.
A cause of death has not been revealed. Paying tribute to her aunt, Betty’s niece tweeted: ‘I just lost my aunt this morning….
