Sophie Turner asks judge to dismiss child abduction claims against ex Joe Jonas

Sophie Turner has reportedly requested to withdraw a complaint of child abduction against her estranged husband Joe Jonas.The Game of Thrones star, 27, and Joe, 34, were involved in a custody battle over where their children will live following their split, with Sophie wanting to return home to the UK.

Sophie had previously accused her ex of violating international law by preventing their two daughters from joining her. At the time it was reported that Joe was witholding their passports and keeping them in New York.

However, in legal documents obtained by TMZ both Sophie and Joe have requested that the child abduction claim be dismissed in court.

It comes after the former couple decided that their daughters, Delphine and Willa, would spend Christmas and early January with Sophie, while Thanksgiving was spent with the Jonas family.The pair had come to a temporary custody agreement in October and released a statement, which read: "After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S.
