Sophie Kasaei has opened up to her followers on her Instagram after a scan of her breast implants revealed a lump.The TOWIE and Geordie Shore star took to the social media platform following the scan to urge her followers to do the same and as she revealed that she ‘couldn’t believe’ what the scan uncovered.The 33-year-old said: "I have seen so much press lately about people feeling unwell and thinking it’s due to their implants or I'm hearing about implants encapsulating etc. "This is the first time I've ever seen a scan like this being offered so it was a no-brainer for me to have it." Sophie's scan, which took place at Implant Health at OneWelbeck clinic in London, revealed that she had had a lump in one of her breasts.

Implant Health is the UK’s first national voluntary clinical screening, which aims to empower patients and give them access to regular breast health screenings to detect early complications and health risks.

Following her scan, Sophie said: "Although my implants are fine, they did find a little lump in one of my breasts which luckily it isn’t anything to worry about but I will still definitely be getting further checks on this just to be sure. "I am just so glad I went for the scan and my mind has been put to rest.
