Sophie Kasaei has admitted her Dubai trip isn't going as well as she'd hoped. The former Geordie Shore star, 31, revealed she's received some bad news from home during her time in the United Arab Emirates.

The news has made the reality TV star feel homesick, as she took to her Instagram Story to let her fans know why she's been quiet on social media over the last few days. "Sorry I haven't been on my socials in a few days," she wrote. "I've had some bad news in my family and just wanted a bit time away from here," alongside a heart emoji.

Sophie then shared a clip of her sweet pup which her mum had sent her. "Awww making me homesick. My mam sending me videos of dolls," she wrote.
