Somizi has announced his intent to raise money to help the family of missing 16-year-old Andile ‘Bobo’ Mbuthu, who is believed to have been murdered in Tongaat earlier this month.

The news of the teen’s death rocked social media after a video of an unidentified person showing him in a pool of his own blood at an undisclosed location, went viral.

According to reports, Bobo was allegedly beaten and murdered after being caught stealing alcohol from a local tavern. Last week, SAPS search and rescue reportedly uncovered human remains near a river close to Bobo’s home, of which they state will be sent for a DNA test.
