The incident occurred at 9:40 pm on Wednesday night before his performance at the comedy club. Chris' nose was bloodied in the alleged attack.
The alleged assault comes just weeks after it was revealed he is dating Christina Evangeline, the ex-wife of co-star Kenan Thompson.
