‘SNL’ Sets Chris Rock and Martin Short as Final Hosts of 2024 With Gracie Abrams and Hozier
variety.comMichael Schneider Variety Editor at Large “Saturday Night Live” alums Chris Rock and Martin Short will both return to their old Studio 8H stomping grounds later this month for the final two “SNL” episodes of 2024.
For Rock, who will host on Dec. 14, this reps his fourth time in that role. And for Short, who hosts on Dec. 21, this reps his third individua hosting experience on the show.
Alongside Rock, musician Gracie Abrams will be the musical guest on Dec. 14 — her debut on the show. Short’s musical guest will be Hozier, returning for the second time.
Meanwhile, as previously announced, Paul Mescal and Shaboozey will be featured on this week’s episode of “SNL.” The Dec. 7 edition reps the program’s first episode after a three-week hiatus for the Thanksgiving holiday.
