The second promo for the newly-nominated star’s Saturday Night Live hosting gig plays off the day’s news. The A Complete Unknown star appears with Sarah Sherman in the bit.
The SNL cast member congratulates the actor on his Oscar nomination before asking him, “Did you know I have an Oscar?” Chalamet admits he wasn’t even aware Sherman had been in a movie.
That’s when things get weird. Watch below. Chalamet is also serving as musical guest and is likely to perform at least a Dylan song or two, given his singing for the role in A Complete Unknown.
