Smokey Robinson has responded to a theory about a song he wrote which is speculated to be about an alleged affair with Diana Ross, saying he “could not possibly have experienced everything” he has written music about.The Motown icon, 84, spoke to The Times about his music, the soul genre, and hanging out with the likes of The Beatles and Marvin Gaye.
