You know what’s not so Super?? Getting arrested for a DUI! Just after midnight on Sunday, Tom Welling, the dude who portrayed a young Superman on Smallville for years, was arrested in Yreka, California for driving under the influence.

Yikes. According to TMZ, the 47-year-old was taken into custody by the Yreka Police Department in an Arby’s parking lot of all places… The outlet reported his blood alcohol level was at or above 0.08% and he was subsequently booked for a misdemeanor DUI.
