It’s a day to remember for Adam King who picked up a special contribution award at the Lord Mayor’ Youth Awards. The young boy who has Brittle Bone disease was honoured for his incredible work spreading the message of positivity, joy and hope.
Each year the awards celebrate children who have positively impacted the lives of others around them and there’s no doubt Adam has lifted spirits in every household around Ireland.
The six-year-old melted the nation’s hearts last November when he appeared on the Late Late Toy Show and has since helped raise an impressive sum of money for a number of charities through the sale of his ‘Hug For U’ cards.
