The sister of a young dad who died in a horror motorbike crash in Wigan has paid a tribute. Charlie Brogan came off his Yamaha bike on Spring Road - near the Heinz factory - at around 2.45pm yesterday (Wednesday).
The 21-year-old tragically died at the scene. Charlie's sister Carla Brogan described him as a 'loving, caring character' who 'would go out of his way to do anything for anyone'.

He 'worshipped' his son and was 'so proud' of him, his sibling said. Kayden is just about to turn six-months-old. Paying tribute to her brother, Carla told the Manchester Evening News : "He was the most loving, caring character with an amazing personality.
