Sir Michael Gambon faces £55,000 lawsuit for allegedly running over cyclist’s foot with Land Rover

Harry Potter star is facing a £55,000 lawsuit from solicitor Toby Clouston over the alleged incident in April 2017, with Clouston claiming he suffered a broken ankle, ligament damage and permanent mental anxiety.Mr Clouston, 39, alleges that Sir Michael, 80, did not notice that he had hit him as he drove outside his home in Shepherd’s Bush, West London, in his two-tonne 4×4.

In papers lodged with Central London county court, first published by The Sun, Mr Clouston’s lawyer Tom Collins said: ‘The Land Rover which was being driven by Sir Michael Gambon drove into Mr Clouston, running over his right foot.‘As a result he fell to his left with the bicycle between his legs and into a parked car.‘Sir Michael continued to proceed along the road.
