A movie about the incredible achievements of the late Captain Sir Tom Moore is in the works – with film possess eyeing another Knight to play the fundraising hero.
Sir Ian McKellen is said to be the top choice to play Captain Tom – who sadly passed away on Tuesday following a battle against pneumonia and coronavirus.
The war veteran was 100-years-old when he passed away – with his final year of life drawing international attention when he raised £33 million for charity.
Now 81-year-old Sir Ian could be hired to portray Captain Tom in a film being planned by Red Films productions and Powder Keg Pictures.
