It will surely be an exciting 2021 for Sinead Kennedy. The RTÉ presenter rung in the New Year with joy as she announced that she and her husband Conor Kirwan are expecting their first child.

The Cork star managed to keep her baby news a secret for seven months and she has revealed that she wanted to keep mum on the topic for as long as possible.

Sinead lifted the lid on her baby news in a new interview with Irish Country Magazine where she spoke candidly about the reality of keeping her pregnancy a secret being despite being live on TV two times a week!

The RTE Today presenter explained how the crew had been ‘strategically placing tables’ to help her. She said: ‘I suppose you choose a time where you’re comfortable to have the word out there
