Simone Biles‘ brother, Tevin Biles-Thomas, is free after being accused of a triple murder in Ohio.

People is reporting that Tevin has been cleared of all the charges brought up against him in court this week. Click inside to find out more about what he was accused of… Tevin had been arrested in August of 2019 in connection with the murders of three people in Cleveland which took place on New Year’s Eve in 2018.

The charges at the time included “six counts of murder, five counts of felonious assault, three counts of voluntary manslaughter and one count of perjury.” A trial held last month ended with a mistrial, and that prompted the defense team to file a motion for judgement of acquittal.
