Simon Jordan has warned Rangers there's a danger they could end up playing second fiddle to Leeds if they are taken over by 49ers Enterprise.As exclusively revealed by Record Sport, the NFL investment firm are in advanced talks over taking control at Ibrox, with the boardroom change fans have been crying out for now seemingly a real possibility.

The group, who own historic NFL franchise the San Francisco 49ers and the Elland Road club. Current UEFA rules on multi-club ownership prohibits clubs controlled by the same owners or directors from competing in the same European competition.
