Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

The TV mogul, 60, lost a significant amount of weight after switching to a vegan diet, and wants to help others who want to do the same.
He told The Sun: ‘It’s something I have been thinking about because everyone’s so interested. I think I would call it, It’s Not That Difficult. ‘I’d give people some of the recipes I have been following.
What you eat has to taste nice — otherwise you won’t stick to it.’ Simon went on his health kick after he was rushed to hospital in 2017 after falling down the stair at his home due to low blood pressure.
