Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. Simon Cowell appeared to have made a remarkable recovery as he was pictured zipping around on a jet ski in Barbados - just four months after his horror bike accident.

The talent show supremo was looking to be out of action for at least six months after being left in 'agony' after breaking his back while road testing a powerful e-bike.

However, Simon, 61, seemed to be proving the doctors wrong as he larked about in the ocean during a family holiday. The doting dad - who underwent six hours of surgery in August - took the handles of a jet-ski for his thrilling ride with son Eric, six, joining him on board.
