mirror.co.ukSimon Cowell's America's Got Talent replacement has been announced as Kelly Clarkson. Cowell, 60, was forced to pull out of the live shows after breaking his back while testing an electric bike over the weekend.
Kelly will now fill for the mogul alongside regular judges Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel. The pop star has plenty of talent show experience to bring to the panel, having worked as a coach on NBC's talent show The Voice.
She also launched her singing career as a contestant on the first ever series of American Idol back in 2002. Simon will have to make do with watching the semi-finals of his talent show from home after recovering from surgery this week.
