Simon Cowell puffs away on cigarette on stroll through London after fitness pledge

Music mogul and X Factor boss Simon Cowell was snapped taking a stroll through London, puffing on a cigarette as he walked.

Simon pledged in 2017 that he was massively cutting back on the smoking - to just two a day. The BGT judge, 61, rocked his classic T-shirt and jeans combo, wrapping up warm in a snig puffer jacket.

This comes after Simon's health wake-up call after a bike accident in August saw him rushed to the hospital in California for emergency surgery.

In 2017 he adopted a healthier diet and ditched the junk food - including his favourite jam tarts and sausage rolls - before debuting his trimmer frame to acclaim on the red carpet.
