Signs and symptoms of Pancreatitis as Travis Barker is rushed to hospital and fans asked to ‘pray’

Travis Barker was rushed to hospital on Tuesday and reports suggest that he had been 'hospitalised for pancreatitis after colonoscopy' .

The 46 year old husband of Kourtney Kardashian , 43, was pictured being rushed to hospital strapped to a gurney on Tuesday with his wife of one month by his side, after he cryptically tweeted: “God save me”.

Travis' 16 year old daughter, Alabama Barker, took to her Instagram stories to ask people to “send your prayers” and while there has been no official word from the famous family on the reason for Travis' hospitalisation, US news publication TMZ has reported that it was due to pancreatitis which was triggered by a recent colonoscopy.

According to experts at Mayo Clinic , Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas and “can occur as acute pancreatitis - meaning it appears suddenly and lasts for days”.
