A letter to local health leaders states that “volumes for first doses will be significantly constrained”. The changes will be from March 29 for a month.
There are currently millions of people under 50 waiting for a jab. Health Secretary Matt Hancock said the supply is “always lumpy and we are in course to deliver”.
