But they weren't alone, as viewers were also left sickened over the scenes, with many forced to look away from their screens.
In the segment, they watched an episode of divisive TV series Dr Pimple Popper. Dermatologist Sandra Lee examines and treats a wide range of pimples and other skin issues on the American series, and she's seen some pretty gory things.
She's unfazed by what her patients bring to her surgery, which can't be said for many viewers tuning in. On Friday, the Gogglebox favourites were tasked with watching a new segment from the series - and it did not go down well.
