indecent pictures of kids, with watchdogs warning he poses a 'high risk' of re-offending. Gavin Dunlop, who worked with Fife Council, was convicted of taking or making the pictures of children and also having possession of the images.
Dunlop was convicted of the crimes at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court in January after being found guilty over the incidents, which took place between December 27 2015 and August 22 2019.
