Sia Files for Divorce From Husband Dan Bernard After Quietly Welcoming Baby

The 49-year-old “Unstoppable” superstar filed divorce paperwork in court on Wednesday (March 19), filing to end her divorce from second husband Dan Bernard after 26 months of marriage. Sia listed Tuesday (March 18) as the date of separation in the paperwork, via TMZ. Keep reading to find out more… Sia cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Sia and Dan have an 11-month-old baby, Somersault Wonder Bernard.
She is asking for legal and physical custody, but is open to visitation rights for Dan. Sia also requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to her estranged husband.
It’s not yet known if there was a prenup. The two were last seen out together in NYC in February. Sia and Dan got married in December 2022 and this is her second divorce.
